Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using yolopreneur.club ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Yolopreneur Club is an educational and community platform for solo founders and small teams. We provide:

  • Articles and educational content (free and premium)
  • Online courses (self-paced and live cohort-based)
  • Events (meetups, workshops, live sessions)
  • AI-powered chat assistance on premium content
  • A credit-based system for accessing premium content

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access member-only features including premium content, event RSVP, billing, and AI chat. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Credit System

4.1 Credits

Credits are the virtual currency used to access premium content on the Platform. Credits can be obtained through:

  • Monthly subscription plan (recurring credit allowance)
  • One-time top-up via bank transfer
  • Promo code redemption
  • Admin credit grants

4.2 Credit Pricing

Credit costs for content are determined by the Platform and may vary by content type and individual content pricing. The conversion rate from Thai Baht to credits is set by the Platform and is locked at the time of top-up initiation.

4.3 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. Unused credits roll over between subscription periods.

4.4 No Cash Value

Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred to another user account, except at our sole discretion.

5. Payment and Top-Up

5.1 Payment Method

We accept payments via bank transfer (PromptPay/QR code). After making a transfer, you must upload the payment slip for verification.

5.2 Slip Verification

Payment slips are verified through an automated verification service. If automatic verification fails, the payment will be manually reviewed by our team. By uploading a payment slip, you consent to the processing of the slip image for verification purposes.

5.3 Slip Data Retention

Payment slip images are retained for up to 90 days after transaction settlement and then permanently deleted from our storage systems.

6. Subscription

6.1 Monthly Plan

Subscription plans provide a recurring monthly credit allowance. Each billing cycle is 30 days.

6.2 Renewal

Subscriptions are not auto-debited. You must upload a new payment slip each month to renew your subscription. If renewal payment is received within 7 days of the period end, unused credits roll over to the new period.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Existing credits remain available for use after cancellation.

7. Content Access

7.1 Free Content

Free articles, events, and course listings are accessible to all visitors without registration.

7.2 Premium Content

Premium content requires credit payment or subscription entitlement. Once unlocked, content access is granted for the lifetime of your account unless revoked for violation of these Terms.

7.3 Course Enrollment

Self-paced course enrollment grants lifetime access to all lessons within the course. Live cohort courses require separate registration and payment per cohort.

8. AI Chat Feature

The AI chat feature uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about article content. Each message sent via AI chat deducts credits from your wallet. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You should not rely solely on AI chat responses for decision-making.

9. Promo Codes

Promo codes may grant bonus credits, content path unlocks, or subdomain access. Promo codes are subject to:

  • Expiration dates
  • Maximum redemption limits
  • One-per-user restrictions (where applicable)

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or republish premium content without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers
  • Upload fraudulent or manipulated payment slips
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or community members
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including articles, courses, lessons, and design elements, is the property of Yolopreneur Club or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your personal data will be zeroed in accordance with PDPA requirements
  • Hashed user IDs are retained in transaction records for statutory accounting requirements
  • Remaining credits are forfeited without refund

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
